Radiator Tee

The Radiator Tee is our technologically advanced take on the classic warm weather riding tee. Polartec® developed the PowerDry® to have the look and hand of cotton, but perform better than the typical polyester jersey to keep you cool and comfortable. The Radiator Tee also incorporates Polartec’s new, innovative, Delta™ fabric, developed for active cooling, moisture wicking, and on-trail durability. We crafted these high-performance tees for big mountain riding but they’re so comfortable that you won’t want to take them off.

Fabrication & Features

• Not all base fabrics are created equal, and many can only provide temporary wicking chemistry that fades and weakens with every wash. The Radiator Tee's base fabric is Polartec's Power Dry, designed with Polartec's patented bi-component construction they invented a superior base material that pulls moisture from the skin, expands for faster evaporation and lasts the life of the fabric. Given how much we wash our mtb jerseys, this fabric is ideal for a lot of use and washes. 83% Polyester, 17% Spandex
• For the venting panels we used the newly developed Polartec® Delta Fabric, also a permanent mechanical wicking fabric that evolves how athletes and adventurers dress for performance in warmer climates
• Inspired by the design of car radiators, the new fabric is constructed of an optimal base layer that provides wicking capabilities, reduces skin cling, regulates drying and is highly breathable without any chemical treatments
• Cycling-specific fit is longer in the sleeve and tail to accommodate the rider position
• Close-to-the body fit aides cooling without excessive flapping
• 51% Polyester 45% Tencell 4% Spandex

"A couple of months ago I picked up the warm-weather-oriented Kitsbow Radiator Tee and have been riding in it weekly ever since. The Radiator’s unassuming style belies its technical qualities. The Radiator looks and feels similar to cotton, yet is designed to keep riders cooler and more comfortable than a regular old T-shirt...It doesn't creep up my arms or back while riding, because the sleeves and tail are intentionally a little long to maintain proper coverage. As the name would suggest, the Radiator disperses heat and moisture pretty quickly, and kept me as comfortable as possible while grinding away in relentless, mid-day California sun.
