These shorts are as good as it gets. From the “golden age” of Kitsbow when there was zero compromise on materials and fit. Schoeller fabric with 3xDRY treatment is what makes these things indestructible. The version that followed this switched to a cheaper fabric which while stretchy wasn’t nearly as robust. One thing to keep in mind is that this fabric loosens up with movement. They should feel a touch tight on initial button up, but it pays off once you are warmed up on the trail.
